No. The apps do not interfere with each other — you can compare them side by side.
Yes: a permanent device password, autostart with Windows and a notification for every session. The password never goes to the server or the other side. Connecting without confirmation is on the Pro plan and above (a plan on either side is enough); on the free plan the person at the computer presses Accept.
Screen, sound and files go directly between devices and are encrypted (DTLS-SRTP). Details are on the Security page.
